Job Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service and hospitality in accordance with our high standards, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service at all times.

• Flexibly rotate between different F&B outlets as required.

• Understand and recommend menu items and suggest beverage pairings.

• Perform all opening and closing procedures for assigned stations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and service areas.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating unresolved issues.

• Monitor supplies to reduce waste and spoilage.

• Attend team briefings, trainings, and contribute to inventory counts.

• Adhere to uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards.

• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other departments.

• Follow all hotel policies including those related to Fire, Health, Hygiene, and Safety.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in 4- or 5-star hotel environments are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
