We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join the team at McGettigan’s, a globally recognized Irish hospitality brand. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will deliver an unforgettable dining experience, ensuring every guest receives attentive, friendly, and professional service from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor

• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer food and beverage recommendations

• Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system

• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to presentation and service standards

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns or special requests courteously

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order flow

• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the UAE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality or F&B service role

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure

• Energetic, guest-focused, and team-oriented personality

• Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
