Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, part of the Rare Finds collection, is hiring a Waiter to provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service across its diverse dining venues. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique desert hospitality experience in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand menu items and make recommendations or up-sell alternatives.
-
Take food and beverage orders accurately and input into POS (Micros).
-
Perform final checks of tables/trays before serving.
-
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
-
Set up and maintain cleanliness of tables, bars, and service areas.
-
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
-
Assist guests with dietary or allergen needs and coordinate with kitchen.
-
Maintain cleanliness and comply with HACCP standards.
-
Handle cash and guest charges accurately.
-
Participate in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings.
-
Rotate across different F&B departments as assigned.

Support in requisitioning, storage, and use of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
High School diploma or equivalent.
-
Vocational certificate or diploma in Food & Beverage.
-
HACCP certified.
-
1–2 years experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
