Waiter – High-End Casual Dining Restaurant (Dubai)

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month (depending on experience & qualifications) + staff duty meals

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter to join the front-of-house team at a renowned high-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in fine dining or upscale international cuisine establishments. A passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills are key for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations on pastries, breads, and beverages.

• Accurately take and process orders, ensuring all customer preferences or dietary needs are clearly communicated to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and polished manner, upholding service standards.

• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout the shift.

• Provide attentive service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Asian nationals

• Gender: Male candidates only

• Age: 35 years old or below

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably within fine dining or upscale casual dining restaurants

• Location: Applicants must be currently based in the UAE

• Experience from home country is acceptable if aligned with upscale dining standards
