Valeo, a global leader in automotive technology, is seeking a VS Technical Promoter for their Dubai location. This is a full-time, on-site role where the selected candidate will play a vital role in promoting Valeo’s parts, tools, and services to garages and distributors through technical demonstrations and training sessions. The role is also responsible for developing garage programs and supporting business intelligence initiatives.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Product & Tools Demonstrations:

• Deliver technical demonstrations on-site at garages to support new parts listings.

• Conduct and participate in customer events to showcase Valeo products and services.

• Provide technical training to garages and distributor sales teams.

• Demonstrate Valeo technical tools to end users (garages) for effective usage.

📊 Business Intelligence:

• Collect and analyze data on garage operations to identify opportunities.

• Support marketing efforts with targeted garage surveys and insights.

🚗 Garage Program Development:

• Identify and engage potential garage partners.

• Promote Valeo’s garage loyalty and support programs.

• Support commercial and technical actions in collaboration with garage partners.

📚 Other Activities:

• Assist with technical warranty issues by offering corrective training focused on proper installation and repair procedures.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of automotive parts, tools, and services.

• Experience in delivering technical training and product demonstrations.

• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

• Knowledge of the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) including Traditional, MD, and Truck segments.

• Ability to build and maintain a garage and distributor network.

• Familiarity with technical support processes and fieldwork in automotive servicing is a plus.
