Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will manage the engineering team, create a culture of excellence, and drive the technology strategy across Justlife’s platforms and services. The position involves improving user experiences, enhancing software and mobile development, and optimizing operational budgets while driving Justlife’s innovative tech roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

🖥️ Tech Leadership – Drive product and technology improvements for Justlife’s web and app platforms.
💡 Strategy & Innovation – Lead the creation and execution of technology strategies, incorporating emerging technologies.
🤝 Collaboration – Work closely with the Product team and internal/external stakeholders to build effective, cross-functional teams.
🚀 Engineering Excellence – Build, retain, and grow high-performing engineering teams, optimizing systems and processes.
💰 Budget Management – Optimize the financial aspects of technology development by managing operating and capital budgets.
📅 Project Management – Oversee the development of scalable applications and lead multiple complex tech projects simultaneously.

Skills & Experience Required:

🎓 Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
💼 Experience – 8-10 years of managerial experience in high-revenue, online marketplace/e-commerce companies.
🖥️ Technical Expertise – In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle, web systems architecture, and large-scale digital product development.
🔧 Tech Skills – Experience with Agile methodology, software development, program management, and execution.
🛠️ Leadership – Proven experience in hiring, building, and leading engineering teams.
📊 Communication – Strong technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills.
