Medical Aid Films, a UK-based charity, is seeking a Volunteer Events Planner for a short-term role from August to September 2025, supporting a key fundraising campaign. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about global health, impactful storytelling, and nonprofit event planning.

Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate a fundraising event with the Medical Aid Films (MAF) team.

• Liaise with venues, suppliers, and partners.

• Manage logistics, timelines, and RSVPs.

• Handle digital or in-person event operations.

• Support post-event communication and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in event planning (professional or voluntary).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.

• Experience in charity or fundraising events is a plus.

Commitment & Offer:

• Commitment: 1–2 days/week (August–September 2025)
