Outlier is seeking Urdu-speaking individuals to help train the next generation of Audio AI. This opportunity involves contributing high-quality voice recordings that capture emotional tone, clarity, and intent. Whether you’re a professional voice actor or simply expressive and clear in your speech, this remote contract role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:
🎙️ Record short voice clips in Urdu using a variety of tones, emotions, and styles
🔁 Provide feedback on other contributors’ recordings
📄 Review and edit scripts for natural flow and clarity
🎧 Use tools like Audacity to ensure clean, high-quality audio submissions

Who Should Apply:
You don’t need to be a voice actor! This project is open to anyone with a clear and expressive speaking voice, including:

• Call center/customer service professionals

• Podcasters or vocal performers

• Theater or improv actors

• Naturally outgoing or articulate speakers

Requirements:

• Native fluency in Urdu

• Comfortable recording in a quiet, distraction-free environment

• Strong vocal expression with emotional range

• Basic familiarity with recording tools (like Audacity)
