Role Summary:

We are hiring a full-time and fully involved content creator who will be responsible for producing daily vlog-style videos, editing content, designing/directing thumbnails, and managing uploads for YouTube and other short-form content platforms. This is a remote-flexible role based in Dubai with international travel.

You will be the right hand in all things content: filming, editing, organizing, publishing, and growing the personal brand from scratch. The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled creator who can independently plan, shoot, edit, and manage high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film vlog-style content (lifestyle, travel, business) in Dubai and during international travel

• Capture high-energy, engaging behind-the-scenes moments and storytelling

• Plan and execute shoots independently

• Edit long-form vlogs for YouTube with cinematic pacing, transitions, and music

• Cut short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Reels)

• Design or direct creation of high-converting thumbnails

• Manage YouTube channel: upload videos, write SEO-friendly titles/descriptions, schedule posts

• Maintain a publishing calendar and consistent posting schedule

• Collaborate on creative strategy and content hooks

• Identify trends and implement growth strategies

• Ensure professional, high-quality production values across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert filming skills, especially handheld/vlog-style with natural environments

• Proficient in video editing software: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

• Experience editing long-form vlogs and short-form vertical content

• Solid understanding of YouTube management, including SEO basics

• Strong knowledge of thumbnail strategy, either designing or directing

• Exceptional storytelling instincts and visual creativity

• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Willing to travel internationally on short notice

• Must be self-directed, proactive, and comfortable owning the full process

• Based in Dubai or open to relocation
