Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our client’s fast-paced fashion retail team. This role requires someone with a flair for creativity and strategic thinking, capable of transforming store environments to align with marketing initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compelling visual merchandising strategies across retail stores

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate campaigns into retail displays

• Design eye-catching window displays and in-store setups to enhance footfall and conversion

• Maintain brand consistency through regular store audits and VM guidelines enforcement

• Analyze store performance data to optimize display arrangements and key product visibility

• Research and apply global visual merchandising trends and innovation

• Train in-store teams on VM standards and execution techniques

• Ensure layouts and displays are aligned with space planning principles and seasonal directives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail sector

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic VM execution

• Proficiency in visual and spatial design tools; understanding of retail layout planning

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• High attention to detail and passion for retail aesthetics

• Degree or certification in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design, or related field
