Christian Dior Couture is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to implement and communicate corporate visual concepts at the store level. This role focuses on reinforcing the global brand image through effective in-store and window displays. The ideal candidate should have strong visual merchandising experience, creative skills, and the ability to lead store teams in executing high-impact visual displays.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and implement store interior and window displays in partnership with Visual Merchandising and Retail Leadership.

• Adapt visual presentations to support local market needs and drive business.

• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accurate and consistent communication of visual direction.

• Ensure visual standards are met and provide qualitative feedback to improve the business.

• Collaborate with exterior vendors for window installations, ensuring alignment with brand image.

• Manage budgets while ensuring cost-effective and impactful visual merchandising.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.

• Strong planning, organizational, creativity, and originality skills.

• Ability to translate design trends into store windows and environments.

• Proficiency in developing and training store management teams.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to utilize the skills of the workforce effectively.
