Beside Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join its flagship store team at Dubai Mall. This hybrid full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity and retail expertise to enhance the customer shopping experience. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for designing attractive window displays, maintaining in-store layouts, and ensuring all visual elements align with brand identity. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain window displays and in-store visual presentations that attract and engage customers.

• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and implement merchandising strategies.

• Organize merchandise to optimize store layout and customer flow.

• Ensure the store consistently meets visual standards and make necessary adjustments.

• Monitor sales performance and adapt visual strategies to increase customer engagement.

• Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches with creative displays.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.

• Proven ability to create engaging visual displays.

• High attention to detail and a creative mindset.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Prior experience in visual merchandising is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
