Key Responsibilities:

• Execute visual merchandising strategies and ensure brand identity is upheld

• Create attractive in-store and window displays to drive footfall and sales

• Develop and implement floor plans that maximize product visibility

• Maintain and regularly update merchandise layouts based on trends and promotions

• Utilize lighting and props to enhance the overall store aesthetic

• Capture photographic records of display changes

• Coordinate with store and brand teams to meet seasonal and promotional goals

• Participate in pre-opening store setups and ensure compliance with visual standards

• Conduct market trend research to stay current with lifestyle and display techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail

• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and creativity

• Ability to develop floor plans and merchandising layouts
