Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandiser to bring innovative design and trend-forward styling to our retail spaces. This role is pivotal in visually representing our brand identity across stores by setting up compelling displays that enhance customer experience and boost sales. Whether working from head office or traveling to various store locations, you’ll be the visual voice of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute visual displays based on seasonal fashion trends and the brand’s styling standards.

• Style mannequins/torsos in windows and in-store to highlight top sellers and key promotions.

• Design and develop visual merchandising plans using both hand-drawn sketches and computer tools.

• Creatively use store space and lighting to maximize product appeal and flow.

• Produce and distribute visual merchandising packs and guidelines to stores and markets.

• Set up in-store promotional zones, graphics, posters, and window installations.

• Coach store staff and VMs on product styling, mannequin dressing, and brand presentation standards.

• Participate in new store openings with hands-on involvement in display setup and graphic installations.

• Provide regular feedback to head office and buying teams based on market observations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• University degree in Interior Design, Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).

• Strong creative presentation and concept translation skills.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

• Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable interacting with executives and third-party vendors while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
