CHANEL, a globally renowned luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join its prestigious Dubai Mall Fashion boutique. Reporting directly to the Visual Merchandising Retail Manager, you will be responsible for implementing CHANEL’s visual merchandising strategies and guidelines, supporting seasonal collection launches, maintaining the brand’s aesthetic image, and collaborating closely with boutique management. This role requires a creative, fashion-forward thinker who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and understands how visual presentation drives commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute visual merchandising plans including collection launches, window installations, and boutique animations in line with CHANEL’s guidelines.

Maintain visual standards and ensure the consistent CHANEL brand image across the boutique.

Support VM strategies across multiple locations, ensuring smooth seasonal transitions.

Collaborate with boutique staff to ensure effective implementation and understanding of VM objectives.

Stay updated on current fashion trends and translate them into innovative in-store displays.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and VM trends.

Demonstrated creativity and innovation in executing visual concepts.

Ability to align VM strategies with business objectives and enhance commercial results.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and time-shifted schedules as required.
