Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Assistant (Trainee) to join our dynamic retail team in Dubai. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to the world of luxury retail and visual presentation. You will support the visual merchandising team in executing store campaigns, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing purchase orders, invoices, and internal reports.

• Maintain monthly trackers, visual merchandising newsletters, and campaign reports.

• Collect and organize campaign photos and animation highlights for brand reviews.

• Support the creation and tracking of visual materials, samples, and marketing collaterals.

• Participate in event setup, space planning, and in-store visual displays.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure all brand guidelines and merchandising standards are upheld.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or related field.

• Keen interest in visual merchandising, retail design, and luxury branding.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or graphic design tools.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Reliable transportation and a proactive attitude.
