Job Title: Visa & Travel Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a Visa & Travel Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with visa applications, biometric scanning, and other travel-related services. You will ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time while delivering a seamless experience for prospective customers.
Your role will also involve selling value-added services and managing administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, data quality control, and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Slotting: Schedule appointment slots for prospective customers based on availability and requirements.

Customer Assistance: Understand the applicant’s needs and provide appropriate advice and information regarding visa services.

Documentation: Review, check, and submit application documents, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.

Data Quality: Ensure the accurate submission of application information and maintain high data quality standards.

Biometric Services: Conduct biometric services, including fingerprint scanning.

Segregation of Applications: Organize and segregate applications according to service type for efficient processing.

Cash Handling: Collect, hand over, and deposit cash for the day as required.

Delivery to Mission: Ensure timely delivery of applications to the mission on the same day.

Selling Value-Added Services: Promote and sell value-added services to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Other Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in the visa/travel industry is preferred but not essential.
