The Virmani Group (TVG Management Consultancy) is seeking a Visa Consultant to join their expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills with a solid understanding of international visa processes. This role focuses primarily on client engagement and sales conversion, while a backend team manages document processing and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with leads to assess client travel and visa requirements.

• Provide expert guidance on visa processes for destinations including Schengen, USA, UK, and Europe.

• Convert inbound leads into clients by clearly explaining visa procedures, timelines, and service benefits.

• Advise clients on visa categories, itineraries, and documentation strategies.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure accurate and timely visa submissions.

• Stay updated with current visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and documentation changes.

• Assist clients in preparing supporting documents such as travel itineraries and cover letters.

• Maintain client communication throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

• Provide insights to improve marketing and lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (spoken and written).

• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures for international destinations.

• Proven sales or client handling experience — preferably in travel or visa consultancy.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

• Familiarity with online appointment systems and embassy portals.

• UAE experience is not mandatory if you possess solid global visa process knowledge.
