📣 Product Updates – Keep VIP clients informed about Binance’s latest system and product updates.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in financial services, trading platforms, or customer support.
✅ Strong understanding of trading platforms & exchange operations.
✅ Familiarity with API trading and real-time trading support.
✅ Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain transactions, and derivative products is a plus.
✅ Ability to problem-solve under pressure and manage high-priority clients.
✅ Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills.
✅ Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as required.
