Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a renowned global luxury hospitality brand, is hiring a Villa Host (Seasonal – 6 Months Contract) to join its prestigious property in Dubai. The Villa Host plays a critical role in delivering highly personalized, attentive, and heartfelt service to guests while ensuring exceptional standards across assigned villas. This position requires an individual who is proactive, organized, guest-oriented, and capable of managing villa operations seamlessly from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience

Deliver personalized and exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

Handle check-in, check-out, upselling, and daily operations in coordination with the Front Office.

Greet guests on arrival, perform welcome rituals, offer drinks, and introduce villa and resort facilities.

Facilitate VIP arrivals, including airport meet-and-greet if required.

Address guest requests such as laundry, unpacking, special amenities, excursions, and dining arrangements.

Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs promptly and professionally.

Prepare menus, take advance orders, and liaise with in-room dining and restaurant teams.

Assist guests with purchases, currency exchange, reservations, and travel-related arrangements.
Villa Operations & Housekeeping Coordination

Maintain villa cleanliness, amenities, minibar, private cellar, linens, and setup based on guest preferences.

Prepare mise-en-place in pantries and villas to ensure operational efficiency.

Monitor villa readiness for arrivals, ensuring amenities like fruit platters, beverages, towels, and VIP setup are in place.

Coordinate bed setup, baby cots, rollaway beds, and turndown service.

Ensure proper maintenance and report any health or safety hazards to supervisors.
Administrative & Operational Duties

Maintain logbooks and follow daily briefings for arrivals, departures, and important updates.

Ensure documentation such as registration cards, vouchers, and guest requests are accurately processed.

Conduct villa checks prior to arrival, during stay, and post-departure to ensure completeness and guest satisfaction.

Manage minibar postings, laundry valet services, and billing coordination with Front Desk.

Attend training sessions to enhance skills and support a multi-functional work environment.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a luxury resort or hotel.

Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.
