Schneider Electric is hiring a VIE – HR Projects Coordinator to join its HR Power Systems Commercial team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This on-site role offers a dynamic and multicultural environment and is ideal for early-career professionals eager to gain international HR experience.

In this role, you’ll support operational HR activities, ensure data accuracy, analyze metrics, and manage workforce planning and HR campaign initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate analytical HR reports to support decision-making

• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups

• Coordinate Sounding Board and People Committee activities

• Prepare data, presentations, and reports for HR meetings

• Manage workforce planning and related data analysis

• Maintain data quality and submit HR tickets as required

• Assist in leadership roundtables and HR campaign activities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR analytics, or talent management

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus

• Fluent in English
