Kratos, a fast-growing performance marketing agency, is seeking a Dubai-based Videographer for a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting high-quality short-form and occasional long-form content that feeds into high-performing digital marketing campaigns. Post-production is handled by a dedicated editing team—this role focuses solely on content capture.

This position offers AED 5,000/month with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10 AM to 6 PM (Dubai time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Film short-form content including property walkthroughs, lifestyle reels, and talking-head videos.

• Occasionally capture long-form content such as interviews or live events.

• Collaborate with content planners and editors to ensure footage aligns with campaign goals.

• Utilize a combination of professional equipment and mobile devices depending on shoot requirements.

• Attend on-site shoots in Dubai as needed, while working remotely on non-shoot days.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Dubai with a valid visa (no sponsorship provided).

• Own professional video gear including:

  • Camera

  • Gimbal

  • Audio setup

  • High-quality smartphone

• Experience in real estate videography is a plus.

• Strong verbal communication in English and ability to direct subjects on set.

• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (Dubai time).
