TASC Outsourcing is hiring a creative and technically skilled Videographer and Editor to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a passion for visual storytelling and hands-on experience in video production. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content across various formats and platforms, with a strong focus on social media trends and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, corporate events, and promotional materials
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce professional-grade footage
• Manage post-production tasks including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling visual narratives
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative video production techniques
• Organize and archive video assets for future use
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of professional experience in videography and editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical video work
• Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and other production gear
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression methods
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of social media video trends and storytelling formats
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 per month
