A leading global investment firm headquartered in Abu Dhabi is actively seeking a strategic and proactive Vice President, Operational Risk/Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This is a full-time, on-site position offering a unique opportunity to lead enterprise-wide risk initiatives within a sophisticated private equity environment. Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required.

As Vice President, you will play a critical role in designing and executing risk frameworks aligned with corporate objectives. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, deploying data-driven methodologies, and leveraging advanced risk tools like Power BI and Aptitude to identify and mitigate operational risks across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of operational risk strategies across the organization

• Collaborate with department heads to assess, monitor, and address enterprise risks

• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

• Utilize tools such as Power BI and Aptitude to perform robust risk assessments

• Promote a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization

• Conduct deep-dive investigations into risk themes and handle ad-hoc requests from various departments

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong academic background in STEM or quantitative disciplines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially at senior levels

• Background in management consulting with a focus on risk management is highly advantageous

• Solid understanding of risk culture frameworks and implementation best practices

• Proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with tools like Power BI and Aptitude

• Flexible mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
