Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the real estate sector, preferably in high-end property markets.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to motivate, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret data and market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
