The Vice President of Sales at Antal International will lead enterprise SAAS sales across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling large-scale SAAS solutions to enterprise clients, particularly in sectors like Oil & Gas, Energy/Power, Chemicals, and Building Materials. This role requires strategic business growth, high-performance sales team leadership, and extensive market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business growth and expand strategic accounts across key industrial sectors.

Lead the enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Build and lead a high-performance sales team in the region.
Required Skills & Expertise:

12+ years of enterprise SAAS sales experience, with strong exposure to industrial sectors.

Proven ability to sell complex, high-value solutions to senior stakeholders.

Strong network and understanding of the MENA region’s industrial ecosystem.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
