Talents Tide is hiring on behalf of a prestigious Abu Dhabi government-owned entity for the position of Vice President – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, ideal for an experienced Emirati CSR professional passionate about creating sustainable and measurable community impact.

As the Vice President of CSR, you will lead the design and execution of a long-term Community Impact Strategy, managing a portfolio of high-value programs and partnerships that generate lasting value for stakeholders and society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term Social Impact Strategy with clearly defined KPIs.

• Oversee a broad portfolio of CSR initiatives, partnerships, and community-focused programs.

• Act as the main point of contact with external partners, internal departments, and key stakeholders.

• Align CSR practices with international sustainability frameworks such as GRI, DJSI, CDP, and EcoVadis.

• Lead and monitor the Worker Welfare Program to ensure ethical and responsible labor practices.

• Develop engaging sustainability communications, including press releases, reports, and awareness campaigns.

• Manage sustainability and governance reporting, ensuring data collection is accurate and comprehensive.

• Administer and optimize an annual CSR budget of up to AED 40 million.

• Stay updated on emerging CSR trends, regulatory changes, and global best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in CSR, ESG, or sustainability roles.

• Strong expertise in sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and impact communication.

• Skilled in creating visual dashboards, presentation decks, and analytical reports.

• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Communications, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.

• A strong understanding of UAE’s CSR landscape and charitable regulations is a plus.
