This part-time, on-site executive role is ideal for aviation professionals with a proven track record in operational leadership. The AOCC is the central hub for real-time airport coordination, and this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, stakeholder alignment, and future-ready planning across one of the world’s busiest airports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the performance of AOCC teams across airside and landside operations
• Direct the strategic planning, development, and daily operations of the AOCC
• Conduct operational reviews and recommend capacity planning strategies
• Collaborate with airport stakeholders to foster transparent communication and coordination
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and uphold service excellence
• Represent the AOCC in high-level meetings, crisis management, and strategic forums
• Drive innovation and resilience in airport operations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Aviation or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in aviation operations
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with Total Airport Management or A-CDM systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
