The AOCC is the nerve center of one of the world’s busiest airports, and this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and future-ready planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the performance of AOCC teams across airside and landside operations
• Direct the strategic planning, development, and daily operations of the AOCC
• Conduct operational reviews and recommend capacity planning strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government and airport stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and uphold service excellence
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and resilience within the AOCC
• Represent the AOCC in high-level meetings and crisis management scenarios

Qualifications:

• Degree in Aviation or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in aviation operations

• Experience with Total Airport Management or A-CDM systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
