Youtab Creative Studio, a Dubai-based production and post-production company, is hiring a VFX and CGI Artist (VFX Supervisor) for a full-time, on-site role. The VFX Supervisor will lead visual effects design and integration, ensuring high-quality CGI delivery for films, commercials, and creative projects. The role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to manage workflows, mentor junior artists, and collaborate with directors and editors to achieve cinematic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the VFX pipeline from concept to final delivery.

• Create high-end simulations (explosions, fire, smoke, liquids, destruction) using Houdini, Maya, or Blender.

• Supervise compositing with Nuke/After Effects, ensuring seamless CGI/live-action integration.

• Approve 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering outputs.

• Ensure photorealistic rendering with Arnold, Redshift, Octane, or V-Ray.

• Manage workflows, deadlines, and deliverables across the VFX team.

• Collaborate with production teams on camera tracking, rotoscoping, and matte painting.

• Mentor junior artists and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Computer Graphics, Animation, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in VFX for film, TV, or commercials (1–2 years in a supervisory role).

• Proficiency in Maya (modeling, texturing, rendering).

• Strong skills in Lighting & Compositing (Nuke, After Effects).

• Experience with particles, fluids, smoke, and dynamics simulation.

• Knowledge of game development pipelines is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

Tools & Software:

• 3D: Maya, Houdini, Blender, Cinema 4D

• Compositing: Nuke, After Effects, Mocha

• Rendering: Arnold, Redshift, Octane, V-Ray

• Other: Adobe Creative Cloud, Substance Painter, ZBrush

• Collaboration: DaVinci Resolve Studio, Frame.io, ShotGrid

Languages:

• English: Fluent (required)

• Farsi or Arabic: Preferred (advantage for regional projects)
