• Welcome and assist clients while ensuring a positive front desk experience.

• Collaborate with the veterinary team and provide support when required.

• Maintain accurate records using standard software systems.

Skills & Requirements:

• Passion for animals and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• At least 3 years’ experience in customer service-focused roles (veterinary, pet-care, or medical environments preferred).

• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and aural) in English.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

• IT proficiency across standard software programs.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

• Previous experience in veterinary or healthcare industries is an advantage.
