We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Venture Development Officer to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for early-career professionals with 3–5 years of experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to grow into a venture builder role.

As a Venture Development Officer, you will support the development and launch of new business initiatives, ventures, and investment opportunities. The role requires a hands-on approach to turning ideas into actionable business plans, building strategic partnerships, and supporting investor-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Partnerships:

  • Identify emerging business models, sectors, and brands with strong market potential.

  • Conduct competitive, commercial, and financial analysis to validate opportunities.

  • Support outreach and relationship-building with potential partners, clients, suppliers, and collaborators.

• Stakeholder & Investor Support:

  • Prepare presentations, teasers, and reporting packs for internal stakeholders and investors.

  • Assist in fundraising activities through research, documentation, and coordination.

  • Maintain clear communication and reporting with project stakeholders.

• Reporting & Accountability:

  • Maintain dashboards and tracking systems for active ventures.

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.

  • Ensure timely delivery and accountability for project tasks.

• Venture Execution & Project Support:

  • Lead execution of assigned projects, including market research, financial modeling, and operational setup.

  • Translate strategic ideas into actionable plans and track deliverables across functions.

  • Act as a hands-on executor driving ventures from concept to launch.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, venture building, business development, or related roles.

• Proven ability in market research, execution, and partnership development.

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or European languages is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable to ambiguity, and comfortable with hands-on execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus, but not required).
