As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting both investment and portfolio management functions within the firm. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and gain deep exposure to venture investing, especially in the early-stage tech sector. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and analyzing deals, conducting due diligence, executing investments, and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identify promising startups, conduct market research, and evaluate investment opportunities in the early-stage tech sector.
• Due Diligence: Perform detailed assessments of financials, business models, and competitive landscapes to inform investment decisions.
• Investment Execution: Support the investment process, from initial discussions to term sheet negotiations and deal closing.
• Portfolio Management: Collaborate with founders to provide strategic, operational, and growth support for portfolio companies.
• Incubation Support: Assist in the development of new ventures within the firm’s incubation ecosystem, contributing to early-stage business building.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Venture Capital or related fields.

• Passion for early-stage tech startups and the venture capital ecosystem.
• Prior experience working in a VC environment is required.
• Must already be based in the UAE with full working rights.
