Job Title: Vendor Onboarding & Support Specialist
Job Description:
Talabat, part of Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Vendor Onboarding & Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, training, performance evaluation, and marketing asset distribution. This role ensures vendors seamlessly integrate into our platform, adhere to company standards, and receive ongoing support to optimize their success.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ New Vendor Onboarding

Facilitate vendor onboarding by collecting and processing necessary documentation.

Guide vendors through onboarding requirements and timelines.

Ensure vendors meet operational and compliance standards before activation.
✅ Vendor Training & Support

Develop and deliver training programs to introduce vendors to Talabat’s systems, processes, and quality standards.

Provide ongoing training and support to vendors as needed.

Act as the primary contact for vendor inquiries, addressing concerns and escalating when necessary.
✅ Mystery Shopping & Performance Monitoring

Conduct regular mystery shopping activities to evaluate vendor performance.

Prepare detailed reports and provide vendors with constructive feedback to enhance their services.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure vendors maintain high-quality service standards.
✅ Marketing Asset Distribution

Manage marketing asset delivery to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update promotional materials.
✅ Vendor Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

Ensure vendors receive continuous support and engagement to enhance their performance and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🎯 Must-Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Ownership of a car and valid driving license.

Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and team cooperation skills.
🎯 Preferred:

Prior experience in vendor management, onboarding, or customer support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
