We are seeking a motivated Van Salesman to join our team in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, conducting regular sales visits, managing inventory, and driving sales performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to our business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure repeat business.

Route Management: Conduct regular visits to assigned routes, present products, and gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery.

Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels on the van, minimizing waste and loss, while meeting customer demand.

Sales Order Processing: Accurately prepare and process sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations.

Market Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify market trends and adjust strategies to improve sales performance.

Customer Service: Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities in the field.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in van sales or a similar field.

Skills:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
