Job Title: Van Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Van Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving van sales operations within a designated territory, ensuring timely delivery of products, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will play a key role in increasing our market presence through active customer engagement and efficient route planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily van sales operations across assigned areas to meet and exceed sales targets.

Present and promote products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits to potential clients.

Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls and referrals, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.

Ensure timely delivery of products and proper handling of van stock.

Collect payments and manage cash/receipt reconciliation.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate value propositions clearly.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage and convert prospects.

Proven experience in van sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food service sectors.

Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.

Highly organized, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Basic knowledge of inventory and cash handling.
Preferred Candidate:

2–3 years of relevant experience in van sales

Currently residing in the UAE

Holds a certification or diploma
