Job Title: Van Sales Executive 

Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Van Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium home-brand mobile accessories across various regions in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily van sales visits to retail outlets, achieving sales and collection targets, and ensuring efficient cash handling including deposits and withdrawals from banks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily van sales by visiting retail shops and meeting assigned sales targets.

  • Manage accurate collection of payments and handle cash responsibly.

  • Develop strong relationships with shop owners and customers to grow business.

  • Navigate assigned territories effectively, ensuring timely and efficient shop visits.

  • Handle cash deposits and withdrawals at banks as needed.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and queries professionally.

  • Execute strategic sales routes to ensure maximum market coverage.

  • Present product features convincingly to increase customer engagement and close sales.

  • Monitor van inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the supply chain team.

  • Maintain accurate daily sales reports and provide insights to management.

  • Adhere to company guidelines and represent the brand positively in the field.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid UAE manual driving license (No. 3).

  • At least 1 year of experience in van sales, ideally in mobile accessories or a similar field.

  • Basic understanding of mobile accessory products and market trends.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE routes and navigation.

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic and Malayalam are an advantage).

  • Effective sales, negotiation, and cash handling skills.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and performance-focused.
