Sanofi is seeking an experienced Value, Access, and Pricing Lead to spearhead pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies across the Greater Gulf region. This leadership role will be instrumental in ensuring patient access to transformative therapies in immunology and will work cross-functionally to align market strategies with Sanofi’s global vision and local regulatory landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development & Execution

Develop and execute robust local market access and pricing strategies tailored to regulatory and country-specific frameworks.

Anticipate policy changes through ongoing market intelligence to ensure proactive planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
-
Represent market access perspectives in internal strategy discussions.
-
Align local market plans with global access strategies by collaborating with international counterparts.
Health Economics & Evidence Generation
-
Identify evidence gaps and lead data generation strategies to support reimbursement submissions.

Interpret and adapt global data to align with payer requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Policy Advocacy
-
Map and engage key stakeholders across healthcare ecosystems.

Lead initiatives to shape policy and access frameworks ethically and sustainably.
Contracting & Access Negotiations
-
Explore innovative pricing and contracting models to support successful access and affordability.
-
Lead negotiations for optimal reimbursement and pricing outcomes.
Compliance & Communication
-
Ensure all activities meet or exceed local regulatory and Sanofi compliance standards.

Support scientific publication strategies alongside HEVA teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
-
University degree in pharmaceutical sciences (Master’s in Health Economics or related field preferred).
Experience:
-
Minimum of 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

At least 6 years in Market Access, with 3 years in Immunology, Rare Diseases, or Vaccines.

Deep working knowledge of GCC healthcare systems is mandatory.
Key Competencies:
-
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and project management skills.

Deep knowledge of reimbursement systems, payer drivers, and contracting models.
-
Strong expertise in health economics, pharmacoeconomics, and outcomes research.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional:

PMP certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
