About the Role:
CCECC Dubai is looking for a skilled and experienced Utility and Road Engineer to lead the design, development, and supervision of major road infrastructure projects in line with RTA and Dubai Municipality standards. This role requires hands-on project management, technical expertise, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of road infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with RTA standards.

• Supervise road construction activities including widening, resurfacing, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects.

• Liaise effectively with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and RTA/DM officials to secure necessary project approvals.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and comprehensive engineering drawings.

• Oversee all phases of roadway construction and ensure work aligns with regulatory guidelines and project specifications.

• Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and implement quality control measures to ensure timely completion.

• Carry out road safety audits and traffic impact assessments to enhance project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 7 years of road and highway engineering experience, with at least 5 years based in the UAE.

• Strong track record working on RTA infrastructure projects in Dubai.

• Expertise in road safety audits and traffic impact assessments.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
