OnTime HealthCare Services is urgently hiring Helpers for Construction and Fit-Out projects in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for hardworking and reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The selected candidates will assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, supporting the timely and safe completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and dismantling of construction and fit-out work areas

• Support skilled professionals (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks

• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Help with basic measurements and preparation work

• Follow safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

• Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in construction or fit-out projects is preferred but not mandatory

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials

• Willingness to learn and follow directions

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work hours

• Immediate availability to join

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 1,000 – AED 1,300 per year
