Based at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf Dubai, the intern will gain practical experience in hospitality operations, management development programs, and guest service excellence. This role is designed for students or recent graduates seeking to build a career in luxury hospitality while learning from a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily hotel operations and guest service activities.

• Support various departments including Rooms, F&B, Front Office, and Management Development Programs.

• Learn Marriott International’s standard operating procedures and service standards.

• Participate in training and development sessions to build professional skills.

• Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Support the team in operational, administrative, and management tasks as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Current university student or recent graduate.

• Strong interest in hospitality, luxury hotel operations, and management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work on-site at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf Dubai.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
