Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Unit Head to lead the clinical and administrative functions of a hospital unit. This role is pivotal in maintaining patient care quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a solid clinical background, and proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth and safe patient care delivery.

• Lead and manage healthcare teams including doctors, nurses, and support staff; oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations.

• Monitor and enhance patient care standards and satisfaction; promptly address patient concerns.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation norms, and national healthcare standards.

• Assist in preparing and managing unit budgets; oversee effective resource and medical supply usage.

• Facilitate training and upskilling programs for continuous staff development.

• Coordinate with various hospital departments to streamline patient services and referral processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 7–10 years of healthcare experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Strong understanding of hospital systems, patient safety regulations, and quality improvement practices.

• Excellent team leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in high-pressure clinical settings.
