Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, part of the Rare Finds collection, is a magical desert destination in Dubai renowned for its authentic and captivating guest experiences, set amidst the majestic dunes and rich local culture. We are seeking a dedicated Uniform Room Attendant to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient management of uniforms, supporting the housekeeping department and contributing to the exceptional guest service our resort is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend daily briefings and manage shift reports in coordination with Housekeeping leadership.

• Issue and control uniforms according to established procedures.

• Oversee the movement and inventory of soiled and fresh uniforms.

• Coordinate uniform repairs and liaise with the hotel tailor and laundry department.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized Uniform Room, ensuring proper storage and systematic record-keeping.

• Support laundry operations including loading/unloading uniforms.

• Monitor uniform conditions and report any missing, damaged, or abused items.

• Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Follow health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures as per resort policy.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel.

• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making ability.

• Physically fit to perform duties involving walking long distances and handling weights up to 6 kg (lifting) and 250 kg (pushing/pulling).

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain integrity and loyalty.
