Job Overview:
Thallaja.com is seeking a UI/UX Designer Intern who is passionate about building intuitive, high-performing digital interfaces for B2B mobile and web products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless, user-friendly experiences that solve complex business problems through creativity and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, functional, and visually consistent interfaces in Figma for both web and mobile platforms.

• Build and maintain a scalable design system ensuring brand and UX consistency.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide design decisions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth product implementation.

• Utilize Lottie, Framer, and AI tools to improve workflows and enhance interactivity.

• Optimize user journeys through A/B testing and analytics-based iteration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design (Internship or freelance experience accepted).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.

• Experience designing B2B, SaaS, or enterprise-level digital platforms.

• Proficiency in turning complex business needs into simple, elegant design solutions.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Atomic Design principles, Framer, or basic front-end development.
