We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions.

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences.

• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and dashboards.

• Create user-centered designs based on business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and enhance user experiences.

• Ensure consistency in design standards and brand alignment across all products.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding.
