Shaaml is seeking a creative and driven UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator to join their team full-time in Sharjah. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on social media, enjoys being in front of the camera, and knows how to turn content into community engagement. You’ll manage and create content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and more—representing the voice and face of the brand in fun, trendy, and authentic ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create short-form, UGC-style videos for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)

• Write compelling captions and consistently post engaging content.

• Schedule and plan content using tools like Canva, Meta Suite, or Later.

• Track social media trends and propose campaign ideas aligned with current online behavior.

• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure a consistent tone, aesthetic, and messaging.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UGC content creation (portfolio or sample work required).

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging video content.

• Basic video and content editing using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.

• Strong understanding of current social media platforms and trends.

• Creative, dependable, and deadline-driven.

Nice to Have:

• Background in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle branding.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Skills in graphic design or motion graphics are a plus.
