Role Overview:

This part-time opportunity is exclusively open to UAE Nationals (with Family Book) who wish to gain professional experience in a leading automotive environment. As a Receptionist or Guest Relation Officer at Toyota & Lexus, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, seamless, and professional experience that reflects the brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.

• Direct customers to the appropriate departments or representatives efficiently.

• Provide accurate information about services and assist in appointment coordination.

• Ensure guests feel valued and receive a smooth experience throughout their visit.

• Support administrative tasks and maintain organized customer service records.

• Uphold Al-Futtaim’s customer service and hospitality standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or higher.

• Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in customer service or front-office roles.

• Interest in the automotive industry or client engagement roles.
