This on-site, full-time program offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through departmental rotations, skill development, and career mentorship.

The program is designed to fast-track Emirati graduates into impactful roles across various departments like Business Excellence, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, and more. TOMOOH is ideal for motivated individuals with a can-do attitude who are ready to lead and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in rotational training across multiple business functions

• Gain practical experience in departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, Finance, Sustainability, and Quality

• Collaborate with peers, mentors, and managers to develop essential FMCG industry skills

• Engage in leadership development, cross-functional projects, and innovation initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following:

  • Marketing, Digital Business, Media, or Communication

  • Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automation, Robotics, etc.)

  • Innovation Management or Technology

  • Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics

  • Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

  • IT or Computer Science

  • Sustainability or Environmental Sciences

  • Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology

  • Any other field is also welcomed

• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

• Demonstrated leadership qualities from university, internships, or extracurricular activities

• Proactive, assertive, and positive mindset

• Any prior experience will be considered and aligned with the assigned department
