BSI is seeking a Tutor (Freelancer) to deliver public training courses and in-house solutions based on BSI standards of excellence. The role focuses on mentoring and qualifying new and existing tutors, specifically in quality management, sustainability practices, environmental management, and health and safety management. The ideal candidate will also coach tutors in contemporary learning styles and accelerated learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver BSI training courses with a focus on adding value to customers’ businesses

• Enhance the reputation of BSI through excellent course delivery and customer interactions

• Mentor and qualify new and existing tutors, ensuring competency in learning styles and accelerated learning techniques

• Provide feedback to support the development of new and existing courses

• Assist in designing training solutions for various modes of learning (classroom, virtual, on-demand, hybrid)

• Maintain professional qualifications in relevant disciplines

• Proactively engage with BSI tutors and key stakeholders for continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001 with experience as a tutor

• At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Auditor and Tutor

• Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and oral)

• Willingness to travel
