The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and navigating tugboats, ensuring the safe and efficient towing of vessels within port service or offshore operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate tugboats for vessel towing and port maneuvers

• Ensure compliance with maritime laws and company safety protocols

• Supervise and lead the onboard crew

• Conduct and oversee vessel maintenance and safety checks

• Coordinate with port authorities and offshore operations as needed

• Maintain detailed logs and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operating and navigating tugboats

• Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and safety procedures

• Leadership capabilities with crew management experience

• Valid maritime certifications (STCW, Master License, etc.)

• Familiarity with port services and offshore energy operations is a plus

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai under a contract arrangement
